 My office administrator position in The Radix Grp has led me to working in two additional companies with Kristi Matthews, CEO. These additional companies include Promethean and Hoke Investments. The Radix Grp is a business that provides a variety of professional services including quality control managers, accounting and management services for professional construction companies and more. My duties for this company include payroll, invoicing, billing, etc. Promethean is a general contracting company that currently has several active projects along the Gulf Coast.

 

My present duties for Promethean include payroll, invoicing, billing, and accounting services. Additionally, my role with Promethean is growing. My future duties will involve project management in upcoming jobs. In this future duty, I will be working directly with the President. Hoke Investments is a property portfolio that includes rental properties from Alabama to Louisiana. My duties for Hoke Investments include corresponding with tenants, tracking income and expenses, billing, invoices and financial recordings.
