Senior Engineer / CEO
Kristi Matthews, PE, is a licensed Professional Engineer in Louisiana and a licensed contractor in Louisiana, Mississippi, and Alabama, with over 25 years of experience in engineering design, project management, and federal contracting. She brings broad technical expertise and leadership to complex infrastructure projects across the commercial, industrial, and government sectors.

Her engineering portfolio includes the design and inspection oversight of more than 100 offshore oil platforms in the Gulf of Mexico. She has also delivered large-scale structural designs for chemical plants and guided commercial construction efforts ranging from tenant improvements to full-scale design-build developments.

Since 2008, Kristi has overseen mission-critical U.S. Army Corps of Engineers (USACE) projects across Louisiana, Mississippi, and Alabama—including 100-year flood protection systems, supply procurement, and civil infrastructure planning. She is well-versed in federal contracting procedures and is a trusted lead on high-stakes government contracts.
