President
Terry Songy is the President of Promethean General Contractors, LLC, where he leads all aspects of project delivery and corporate operations with a focus on quality, innovation, and integrity. With decades of industry experience, Mr. Songy brings a strategic vision and hands-on leadership style that ensures projects are completed on time, on budget, and to the highest standards.
In his current role, Mr. Songy is responsible for managing multiple construction projects from estimating through final completion. He leads the buyout process for subcontractors, vendors, and procurement of long-lead items; prepares and maintains project schedules using Primavera P6; and serves as the principal liaison between owner representatives and subcontractors.
Terry also spearheads the company’s estimating and business development efforts for new project opportunities, bringing a deep understanding of cost modeling, risk management, and client priorities. His ability to bridge technical detail with client-facing leadership makes him an essential asset to every project team.
